Summary:
We are seeking a Housekeeper to join our team at Just Like Family Home Care, located in the Langford area. In this role, you will play a vital part in ensuring a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for our clients. Your contributions will directly enhance the quality of life for seniors and their families.
Responsibilities:
- Perform residential cleaning duties including dusting, vacuuming, and sanitizing surfaces.
- Assist with laundry tasks including washing, drying, folding, and organizing clothing.
- Prepare meals according to dietary requirements and preferences.
- Manage time effectively to ensure all tasks are completed efficiently.
- Communicate effectively with clients and their families to understand their needs.
- Provide excellent customer service while maintaining a respectful and compassionate demeanor.
Requirements:
- Driver's License and Reliable Vehicle.
- Proven experience in housekeeping or residential cleaning roles.
- Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Excellent communication skills in English; knowledge of French is an asset but not required.
- Ability to manage time efficiently and prioritize tasks appropriately.
- Experience in cooking or meal preparation is preferred.
Job Type: Casual.
Pay: $22.00-$24.00 per hour.
